Our approach to movement-building is first and foremost about supporting young activists to develop their own sense of power and their leadership potential. To do this, we combine three approaches:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Consciousness raising<\/strong> through our Activist School<\/li>\n<li><strong>Community building<\/strong> by providing <strong>seed funding<\/strong> to small groups to organize their communities and deepen their capacities to be leaders<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support system<\/strong> including technical Support, mentoring and coaching to accompany emerging activists in staying the course without burnout in the long haul struggle for a better world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/qode_elements_holder_item][qode_elements_holder_item background_image=&#8221;66&#8243;
